Common questions

Where do my projects live?

On your device, in Colette's own storage. There is no account and no cloud sync — projects stay on the iPhone that created them, and deleting the app deletes them.

How do I get my carousel out of the app?

Open a project, tap Export, and choose the image export to save each slide into your photo library. From there you post them in Instagram as a normal carousel.

I subscribed but my features are locked.

Open Settings → Subscription in Colette and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store account, so restoring works on any device signed into the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Colette: open Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or go to your Apple Account settings on the device. See Terms of Use for pricing and renewal details.

Does Colette need internet access?

No, for creating and exporting. Editing and export run entirely on the device; a connection is only used to verify a subscription purchase.
